PDF-TEI-Editor plugins

Plugins for the PDF-TEI-Editor from the pte-plugins repository. Administrators can install released plugins in the editor's plugin manager, or install a plugin into the editor's Python environment with the command shown for it. The same information is available as pte-plugins.json.
